On the day of the activity, we'll meet at the Maritime Terminal on Avenida Benito Juárez (Calle 1 Sur Bis Manzana 7 Lote 17, 77400 Playa del Carmen, Q.R., Mexico). We recommend arriving half an hour before the ferry departure time.
Additional Info
- The ticket entitles you to carry one piece of luggage per person not exceeding 25 kilos (55 lbs). The sum of its dimensions cannot exceed 142 centimeters (Example: 45 cm + 70 cm + 25 cm).
- The ticket is not associated with any specific timetable; it's valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and must be exchanged at the ticket office of the terminal agencies for the time you wish to depart.
