Scandola Boat Trip

Pods of dolphins, seals, giant seagulls and various marine birds inhabit the nature reserve of Scandola. The diverse plant and animal life is awe-inspiring, complemented by the striking landscapes that come into view as the boat approaches.

We will begin our journey by collecting you at Place de la Marine in Porto. From there, we will set off towards this jewel of Corsica. Any doubts about the volcanic origins of Scandola will be dispelled by the vibrant red rocks, shaped over millennia by the ocean and wind.

Our route will take us to nearly inaccessible natural caves and reveal steep breathtaking cliffs. We will make a half-hour stop in the Gulf of Girolata to enjoy the stunning emerald waters and the rock formations that dramatically rise from the sea.

With this picturesque scenery as our backdrop, we will begin our return trip to Porto, arriving back at the dock around 1:30 pm.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

During the Scandola Boat Trip, you will:

• Sail along the stunning coast of the Scandola nature reserve.

• Stop for half an hour in the Gulf of Girolata for a swim or to admire the views.
