Exclusive West Salalah Tour

Your journey begins at 8 am, with a pick-up from your accommodation in Salalah as we set off westward towards Dhalkout. The jeep ride will last around two and a half hours.

Upon our arrival in Dhalkout, nestled on the fringe of the Dhofar Governorate, we'll traverse the area by jeep to soak in the lush mountainous landscapes surrounding us. Additionally, we will visit the local beaches, which provide a distinctive perspective of the Arabian Sea.

Following our exploration, you'll enjoy a break of an hour and a half for lunch. Afterwards, we'll board the vehicle again to proceed to Deem, a village in close proximity to the Oman-Yemen border. Notably, the viewpoint here offers a splendid vista of the Yemeni hills.

Continuing on this private West Salalah adventure, we will explore a valley filled with frankincense trees, where you can delve into the historical significance of the region. Did you know that Oman once exported substantial quantities of frankincense to various countries, including China and several nations in Europe?

Our journey will conclude in the town of Rakhyout, where we'll take the time to explore its beaches as well as its historic fortress and one of the oldest mosques in the sultanate.

As the day winds down, we’ll return you to your hotel to conclude this enriching tour.
