Day Trip Overview
Your adventure will commence with a prompt pickup from your hotel, followed by a scenic drive along the northern route toward Arecibo, renowned for being one of Puerto Rico's most charming towns.
Upon arrival, we will embark on a hike through the lush jungle trails, leading us to the breathtaking Cueva Ventana, a true natural wonder overlooking the Valle del Río Grande de Arecibo.
As we navigate through the cavern, you'll traverse winding paths amidst the captivating karst landscape and uncover the unique ecosystem of Arecibo. This enchanting area has even served as the backdrop for three films—can you guess them? Stay tuned for the reveal!
Before long, we will reach the entrance of Cueva Ventana, where we'll explore fascinating rock formations and encounter bats residing within the cave. Keep a lookout for some unusual insects as well!
As our trip comes to an end, you'll have the opportunity to capture stunning photographs and take in the panoramic views from the cave's expansive opening. After approximately 4.5 hours of exploration, you'll be returned to your hotel.
