How Does It Work?
The Go City: Singapore All-Inclusive Pass is activated upon first use. From that moment, it remains valid for a period of 2 to 7 consecutive days, depending on your selected option. For instance, if you opt for the 3-day pass and activate it on a Monday, it will be usable until Wednesday evening.
During the booking process, you will be prompted to select a start date; however, the Go City Card is valid for one year from the purchase date.
Children Under 3
Most attractions allow free admission for children under 3. It is advisable to check the individual attraction websites for additional details.

Informations importantes
This voucher isn't a ticket, and it can't be exchanged for physical tickets or used to access tourist attractions.
In your confirmation email, you'll find a PDF attachment. You'll need to check that this file contains the passes purchased with a unique QR code for each person. If you don't receive this PDF, please contact us.
Downloading the e-pass won't activate it. In order to use your tourist card, you'll need to present the QR code on your e-pass at the entrance of the attractions. You'll need to save the PDF compatible with mobile devices so you can easily open it and show it on your mobile phone to get into the attractions.
Booking the Included Attractions in Advance
You'll need to make bookings for the majority of the attractions. We recommend heading to this link to get up-to-date information about the attractions, such as bookings, entry instructions, opening times and top tips for planning your visit.
Local public holidays may affect the opening of some of the attractions included in the card. Holiday closures won't be grounds for a full or partial refund of the card price.
Card Validity
Your Go City: Singapore All-Inclusive Pass will grant you admission to each attraction once and is valid for a period of 2 to 7 consecutive days, depending on your booking. Although during the booking process, you're asked for a start date, the Go City Card is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
