Experience horseback riding across the vast Mongolian Steppe, visit a unique turtle-shaped rock formation, and behold the largest equestrian statue in existence: embark on a journey through Gorkhi-Terelj National Park with a stop at the Genghis Khan statue during this day trip from Ulaanbaatar.

On the day designated for your adventure, we will meet at your hotel in Ulaanbaatar at 9:30 am, after which our journey towards the Gorkhi-Terelj National Park will commence. This scenic drive will take us roughly one hour.

Upon arrival at the national park, prepare to immerse yourself in its striking landscapes and take in the distinctive features of the Mongolian steppe. One of the standout sights will be an impressive rock formation resembling a colossal turtle. Additionally, we will visit the Ariyabal Meditation Temple, a serene Buddhist monastery perched on a hillside.

Following our exploration of the park, we will have the chance to spend an hour riding through the Gorkhi-Terelj National Park, before meeting with a local family to discover the traditional nomadic lifestyle that defines Mongolia.

After this enriching experience, we will pause for a meal and savor traditional Mongolian cuisine. Once satisfied, we'll return to our minibus for the final leg of our trip to the largest equestrian statue in the world.

After a thirty-minute drive, we will arrive at the Genghis Khan Statue Complex. Here, we will gaze upon the majestic 131-foot (40 meters) tall stainless-steel statue while learning about the legendary figure it commemorates, the founder and first leader of the Mongolian Empire. From the top of the statue, we'll also be treated to breathtaking panoramic views!

Concluding our day, we will head back to Ulaanbaatar, returning you to your hotel around 4:30 pm.
