The adventure begins at the designated meeting point on Via Leoncino, conveniently located just a short walk from the Arena of Verona. Here, we will step into a charming gourmet store renowned for its exquisite cured meats and cheeses, setting the stage for an unforgettable sensory exploration.

Upon entering, we will delve into the significance of cheese craftsmanship in the Veneto region, alongside fascinating insights about the locality. The tasting experience will then commence!

This cheese tasting is a celebration of not only flavour, but also aroma, texture, and a range of sensory experiences. As we sample each cheese, we will engage all our senses to truly appreciate their distinct characteristics. Furthermore, we will explore the ingredients and production techniques that define each cheese.

To complement the cheeses, we will savour a fine glass of red wine from the celebrated Valpolicella region, accompanied by nuts, honey, jams, and other delightful snacks—the ideal pairings!
