Your adventure begins with a 9 am pickup from your accommodation in Zakopane, after which we'll travel to Chocho?ów, reaching our destination in approximately 25 minutes.
The exploration kicks off with a walk through this charming village, renowned for its traditional wooden houses located near the Slovakian border. Here, you’ll discover the intriguing culture of the Goral highlanders and their unique traditions. You'll also visit an Oscypek factory, where you can savor a taste of this local smoked cheese, a true delicacy!
Following our village visit, we will head back to Zakopane to explore Wielka Krokiew. This notable hill is a celebrated location in the skiing world, frequently hosting the Ski Jumping World Cup. Interestingly, the record jump of 147 meters was achieved here in 2020.
Next, marvel at the distinctive wooden architecture of the Chapel of the Sacred Heart of Jesus and pay a visit to the Peksow Brzyzek cemetery, which showcases the region's distinctive artistic styles.
Our tour will culminate at Krupowki Street, where you can wander amid shops and eateries, observe horse-drawn carriages, and soak in the vibrant atmosphere complemented by street performers. Don’t forget to glance at the majestic Tatra Mountains in the background.
The tour concludes with a return to your hotel around 1 pm.
