Activation of the Card

The card activates upon its first use. From that point, based on your selected card type, you will benefit from either 24 or 48 hours of consecutive access to all its perks and discounts.

The Köln Card can be obtained at the Cologne Tourism Office, conveniently located in front of the cathedral.

Tourism Office Operational Hours

The opening hours for the Tourism Office are as follows:

• Monday to Friday: 9 am - 6 pm
• Saturday: 10 am - 5:30 pm
• Sundays and public holidays: closed
