Complimentary Unlimited Transportation
Your card allows for free, unlimited travel on buses, trams, and regional (S-Bahn) trains operating within the city's center and nearby areas for the duration of its validity.
Activation of the Card
The card activates upon its first use. From that point, based on your selected card type, you will benefit from either 24 or 48 hours of consecutive access to all its perks and discounts.
Card Collection Point
The Köln Card can be obtained at the Cologne Tourism Office, conveniently located in front of the cathedral.

The opening hours for the Tourism Office are as follows:
- Monday to Friday: 9 am - 6 pm
- Saturday: 10 am - 5:30 pm
- Sundays and public holidays: closed
