Class Choices

During the reservation, you can select between a standard cooking class or a VIP experience:

Standard Class (available Monday & Thursday)

We will gather at West View in San Andrés at the scheduled time, where a knowledgeable local guide will greet us to unveil the culinary traditions of the island. Before we dive into cooking, we will be welcomed with a refreshing cocktail made from fresh coconut water. Then, we will discover how to skillfully combine regional ingredients to create authentic flavors.

Local chefs will instruct us in preparing delicious traditional dishes! The first dish will feature fish, green plantains, coconut milk, and assorted vegetables, culminating in the preparation of rondón, a truly beloved dish among locals. As the rondón tantalizes your taste buds, get ready for the next culinary delight!

Afterward, we will combine corn, potatoes, and other local ingredients. Once everything is cooked to perfection, we will gather around the table to savour our culinary masterpieces. It promises to be an exciting burst of flavors!

This two-hour experience will conclude with a satisfying meal.

VIP Class (available Wednesday & Saturday)

Opting for this class means you will engage in the same cooking experience as outlined before, but with the added enjoyment of live music performed using unique local instruments during the lunch.
