Class Options

When reserving your spot, you can opt for either a standard cooking class or a VIP version:

Standard Class (Mondays & Thursdays)

We will gather at the specified time at West View in San Andrés, where a knowledgeable local guide will be ready to unveil the island's culinary secrets. To kick off the experience, enjoy a welcome cocktail made with fresh coconut water. Following this refreshing start, we’ll dive into the art of combining local ingredients to create authentic flavours.

Local chefs will guide us in the preparation of delicious traditional meals. Our first dish will be rondón, a beloved local specialty featuring fish, green plantains, coconut milk, and fresh vegetables. If the rondón has sparked your appetite, get ready, as we’ll move on to our next dish!

Next, you'll learn to blend corn, potatoes, and various other regional ingredients. Once the dishes are complete, we’ll gather around the table to savor our culinary creations. Prepare for a delightful burst of flavours!

The session will wrap up approximately two hours after we begin.

VIP Class (Wednesdays & Saturdays)

If you select this option, the class experience will be similar to the standard class. Additionally, you will be treated to live music featuring unique local instruments during lunch.
