Diving at Mar Menuda Beach

Description

We will gather in the heart of Tossa de Mar at your chosen time. From this central location, a short and pleasant walk will lead us to the stunning Mar Menuda Beach, where you will prepare to plunge into the vibrant emerald waters.

Equipped with snorkels, fins, and the necessary diving gear, we will embark on a 45-minute dive in open water. Gradually, you will encounter large schools of barracudas and the enchanting seahorses that inhabit this part of the Costa Brava.

The breathtaking medieval castle of Tossa de Mar looms above the beach, creating a picture-perfect backdrop for your adventure. This beautiful Mediterranean setting is also home to octopuses, cuttlefish, and lobsters. With a bit of luck and careful observation, you might catch a glimpse of some of these fascinating creatures up close!

Our exploration will continue as we head back to the beach and search for more fish nestled around the small rocky islet of L'Illa.

Ultimately, this diving experience will conclude approximately 2.5 hours after the start, returning to our initial meeting location.

Diving certificates

This experience is reserved for divers holding the PADI Open Water certificate. For those without this certification, an alternative snorkeling option is available, which does not require prior experience.
