Casa Milà Barcelona Tickets
Description
Step inside Antoni Gaudí’s creative world by booking tickets to Casa Milà, also known as La Pedrera, in Barcelona. Elevate your experience with an included audioguide packed with information about this iconic piece of architecture.
Why Visit Casa Mila (La Pedrera)?
This modernist building was commissioned by Pere Milà I Camps to the Catalan architect Gaudí in 1906. It is officially called Casa Milà, but is popularly known as La Pedrera, due to its uneven outer appearance. Accompanied by your audioguide in English, wander through the building’s various rooms included in UNESCO’s World Heritage list in 1984. You can also visit Espacio Gaudí, the exhibition halls, and the colourful patios. The fourth floor houses a recreation of an early twentieth-century bourgeois house.
One highlight is its rooftop, which serves as an observation deck over Barcelona. The top terrace features 'warrior chimneys', inspiring the design of Star Wars helmets. The audioguide tour lasts approximately 90 minutes. After the tour, you can continue to explore Casa Milà at your leisure.
Skip-The-Line Tickets
Buy your ticket to avoid queues at the ticket office, though you will wait in line at the security checkpoint. Purchasing online saves a supplement of 1EUR per person compared to ticket office prices.
