Experience an authentic Argentine asado in the vibrant neighborhood of Palermo, one of the most celebrated areas of Buenos Aires. This is a unique culinary journey!

Argentine Asado

At the scheduled time, we will embark on a traditional Argentine barbecue in Palermo, a bustling hub in Buenos Aires.

Throughout this experience, we will explore various cuts of Argentine meat and discover how they are cooked and prepared. Participants will also delve into the rich history of the Argentine asado, a key feature of South American cuisine.

After indulging in an array of flavors for approximately 2.5 to 3 hours, we will conclude our gathering. Until next time!

Menu

The menu will include, in this sequence:

• Empanadas 
• Morcilla (blood sausage)
• Chorizo (the renowned Argentine choripán)
• Pork marinated in lemon, mustard, and herbs
• Smoked rump steak
• Bife argentino (Argentine steak)

The asado will be complemented by a grilled vegetable salad, "salsa criolla," and smoked chimichurri sauce. Moreover, a Malbec wine will be provided.

To end the meal on a sweet note, we will savor a delicious, authentic dulce de leche, a dessert any abuela would take pride in.

We will finish the experience by raising our glasses with a Fernet and cola.
