How the Service Works
During the booking process, choose from one of the three available options:
- One-way transfer to Buga or Lake Calima: we will collect you from your hotel in Cali and drop you at your hotel in Buga or at Lake Calima's entrance based on your preference.
- One-way transfer to Cali: here, we pick you up from your hotel in Buga or Lake Calima and bring you back to your hotel in Cali.
- Round-trip transfer: this comprehensive option covers transport to and from your selected location for convenience.
Pickup Times
Be aware of the following schedules for each option when making your booking:
- For transfers from Cali to Buga or Lake Calima, pickups occur at 6 am.
- Conversely, for transfers from Buga or Lake Calima to Cali, pickup is available at 9 am or 4 pm.
- The round-trip options follow the same schedule. For example, departing from Cali at 6 am allows for a return pickup at 9 am or 4 pm.
Traveling with Children
Children under the age of 3 can travel free of charge, provided they sit on the lap of a parent or guardian.

Important information
Transfer From Cali to Buga or Lake Calima
On the day of the activity, we'll pick you up at the designated time from your hotel in Cali. We recommend being ready 15 minutes early.
Please note that pickup is only available at hotels in the urban area. If your accommodation is outside the city, the local team will let you know about an alternative meeting point 24 hours before the activity.
Transfer From Lake Calima or Buga to Cali
- If you selected the transfer from Buga, we'll pick you up at the time you chose from your hotel.
- If you selected the transfer from Lake Calima, we'll pick you up at the time you chose at the entrance to the natural park.
In any case, the local team will get in touch with you the day before the activity to confirm all the pickup details and times.
Children Under 3
Please remember that children under 3 can travel for free but must sit on their parent's or guardian's lap.
