We'll meet at the indicated time at Plazoleta Jairo Varela to start this salsa tour in Cali. Participants will learn the ins and outs of Afro-Antillean rhythms and discover the influence of salsa in Colombia during the 20th century. Cali is often referred to as the salsa capital of the world.

To explore the origins of salsa, we will take a private vehicle to the working-class neighborhood of Cali, known for Salsa Boulevard, where we will understand the development of these rhythms as a reference for salsa music worldwide.

Next, we will visit various viejotecas, traditional dance clubs, and other dance events to experience authentic salsa in Cali. Here, we will watch local dancers demonstrate their skills and learn different salsa choreography through their impressive moves.

After four and a half hours immersed in this joyous dance, we will conclude the tour at the final venue visited.
