Xcaret Park Day Trip
We'll head to your hotel early in the morning to pick you up, hitting the road towards Xcaret, where you'll have a whole day free enjoying its many activities.
With this skip the line ticket you'll enjoy a full day of adventure, filled with adrenaline on the water slides, swimming in underground rivers, or feeling the speed of the rapids. You can also go snorkelling and discover the exotic species of fish.
Xcaret also boasts shows based on traditional Mexican culture, such as equestrian shows and typical dances. On the other hand, animal lovers will undoubtedly enjoy visiting the island of jaguars, the manatee lagoon or the aviary, where you'll find several species of exotic parrots and other colorful species.
After a day full of fun and tradition, we'll return to your hotels by bus.
Xcaret Plus
If you want to make the most of your trip to Xcaret you can choose the Xcaret Plus Ticket. In this way you can attend a traditional Churra party, play the Mayan Mesoamerican ballgame, and you'll have access to the hammocks, showers and changing rooms.
What's more you'll enjoy a buffet lunch and 3 drinks to choose from, including water, beer and soft drinks - well worth it!
Cómo funciona?
This tour includes an early morning pick-up from your hotel, transportation to and from Xcaret Park, and a full day to explore the park's attractions and activities. Your skip the line ticket allows you instant access to the park, enabling you to partake in various water activities, shows, and animal exhibits without waiting.
- Included: Hotel pick-up, skip the line ticket to Xcaret, access to all park activities, transportation back to your hotel.
- Not included: Food and drinks (unless you choose the Xcaret Plus Ticket), personal expenses.
The point of departure is your hotel lobby, where you will meet the tour guide. Excursions are offered daily, and it is advisable to arrive at the designated meeting point 10 minutes prior to your scheduled pick-up time.

Accessibility
Most areas are accessible. Accessible toilets. Paid wheelchair loan service available. An accompanying person is required. This must be indicated in the reservation. Staff with knowledge of sign language.

Hours of operation:
- Monday to Friday: from 7 am to 8 pm
- Saturdays: 7 am to 4 pm
Pickup operates from different hotels in Cancun, Playa del Carmen and the Riviera Maya, so pickup time will vary depending on hotel location and local traffic conditions.
Tours and days of operation are subject to change and availability. We cannot assure pickup at a hotel where you are not staying, taking into account that some hotels' policies do not allow visitors to access their property.
Grupo Xcaret guides will be dressed in red t-shirts with the Xcaret logo on the back for easy identification.
The guides will say the name of the tour out loud.
At the time of pickup, upon boarding the bus you must present your printed or digital voucher and a photo ID (in printed or digital format). This is a requirement to obtain the park access bracelet.
Recommendations
- Remember that you must bring proof of purchase.
- Remember to bring a bathing suit, water shoes, a change of clothes and a towel.
- Your sunscreen and insect repellent should only contain titanium oxide and zinc oxide. If not, you can exchange them at the entrance for a chemical-free sample, and they will be returned to you on the way out.
- We recommend bringing cash or a card to buy souvenirs or photos.
Important
- Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Children under 12 years old over 1.40 metres tall must also show identification to prove their age.
- The use of the snorkeling equipment requires a 100MXN refundable deposit.
- You cannot change the date on the same day as your visit.
