The Chicago Theatre was opened in 1921, showcasing a rich and luxurious design. Its stunning auditorium draws inspiration from the Royal Chapel of Versailles. The venue is notable for its impressive scale, featuring seven levels of seating and an audience capacity of 3,600 visitors.

For forty years, the theater thrived until the late 1970s, when economic challenges plunged it into decline, ultimately transforming it into a run-down cinema. Thankfully, in 1986, it was preserved from demolition and following significant renovations, it was revitalized. The reopening was celebrated with a remarkable concert featuring Frank Sinatra.

Since that time, a roster of renowned artists such as Alicia Keys, Dolly Parton, Prince, Oasis, and Van Morrison have graced the stage of the Theatre.
