Cabo de Gata Boat Tour

Embark on a journey along storied shores on this captivating boat excursion around Cabo de Gata, where breathtaking volcanic landscapes await to inspire awe!

Tour Overview

At the chosen departure time, we will gather at the San José harbor, where a comfortable 26-foot boat equipped with seating and a sun deck is prepared for our sailing adventure through the Cabo de Gata-Níjar Natural Park.

We will set sail from San José beach, navigating either north or south based on the prevailing weather. If we opt for the northern route, our journey will take us along Cabo de Gata's stunning coastline, passing the renowned Cueva del Tabaco and the delightful Higuera, El Tomate, and Las Hermanicas coves. A stop for a refreshing swim will be made at Punta Escullos in the Valle de los Escullos before returning to San José.

If the winds guide us southward, we will cruise along the striking Los Genoveses beach, one of Almeria's most iconic coastal locations, and glide past the Grande, Chica, and Principe coves. We will also enjoy views of the Mónsul and Media Luna beaches from the boat, making a brief stop for a swim at Los Genoveses beach on our way back to the port.

Regardless of the route taken, dazzling vistas of the sheer cliffs and volcanic landscapes of Cabo de Gata will surround us, showcasing a scenery that has served as a stunning backdrop in various films.
