Hiking Overview

Our journey begins with a convenient pickup from your hotel in Monterrey, followed by a brief 30-minute ride to Chipinque Ecological Park.

This protected reserve is recognized as one of Nuevo Leon's most remarkable natural gems. Prepare for a delightful 2-hour trek through the stunning Sierra Madre Oriental.

As we commence our hike, our knowledgeable guide will share intriguing insights about the local ecosystem and its wildlife. Together, we will seek out notable native species, including the red-tailed hawk, the aura vulture, coatis, and the huisache tree.

Upon reaching the park's peak, you'll be rewarded with breathtaking views of Monterrey. This is the perfect opportunity to capture memorable photographs! We will dedicate an hour and a half to explore this magnificent area and relish the beauty of the park before beginning our descent.

The return journey will take us half an hour back to the minibus en route to Monterrey. During this time, you have the choice to stop at a local eatery for a meal at your leisure, or we can take you directly back to your hotel, concluding this enriching 6-hour experience.
