Our journey commences at the central park in Barichara, where we gather to begin our leisurely walking tour of the town’s quintessential landmarks.

The adventure kicks off as we stroll down Calle Real, stopping at a quaint traditional candy shop. Following this delightful taste, we will make our way to the Santa Barbara church, renowned as Barichara's first chapel.

Ascending towards the elevated parts of Barichara, we will take in a stunning panoramic vista of the historic center, focusing on the striking dome of the Cathedral. Here, we will delve into the rich narrative surrounding this important structure, established in the 18th century.

Our itinerary includes a visit to Barichara's cemetery, a site laden with stories and distinguished tomb designs. Additionally, we will discover an art workshop where an ancient artistic craft is practiced, providing insights into local traditions.

As we continue, we’ll visit the Salto del Mico viewpoint before gradually returning to the central park in Barichara. Here, we will take a moment to enjoy a coffee break and explore two craft shops, allowing for deeper engagement with the local artistry.
