We'll gather at the Sihlquai bus parking area at the appointed time before departing from Zurich towards the canton of Bern. Nestled in central Switzerland, the Jungfrau region awaits with its picturesque town of Interlaken.

As we journey, fascinating insights into the region's historical and natural significance will be shared. Highlights along the way include the impressive Brünig Pass, soaring at 1,008 m (3,307 ft) above sea level.

Upon arrival, you'll enjoy 7 hours of leisure time. This is your opportunity to wander through Interlaken at your own rhythm, discovering attractions like Höhematte Park, the scenic bridges spanning the Aare River, and the delightful streets of the old town. Be sure to sample exquisite Swiss cuisine during your visit.

Several activities await your exploration in Interlaken, such as ascending to the Harder Kulm viewpoint via funicular, enjoying a serene boat ride on Lake Thun or Lake Brienz, or seeking thrills in adventure sports like rafting or canyoning.

In the afternoon, we will reconvene at the agreed-upon spot in central Interlaken. Our return journey to Zurich will commence from there, concluding this 12-hour excursion back at the initial departure location.
