At the scheduled time, we will convene at Avenida Dr. César Oliveira in Fuzeta. From here, a boat will be ready to take us into the remarkable Ria Formosa Natural Park, one of Portugal's most cherished wetlands.

As the tide recedes, we will navigate through this ecological gem, looking for the varied bird species that inhabit the area, including many that migrate seasonally.

This location is home to over 20,000 aquatic birds, particularly during the winter months. Within just two hours, we will have the opportunity to spot more than 200 different species, all from a short distance away! Throughout the trip, a marine biologist specializing in local fauna will provide insights and assist us in identifying the various birds found in Ria Formosa.

During this exploration of the park, we will have the chance to observe unique species that are exclusive to this region of Portugal, such as the Purple Swamp-hen and the Little Bittern.

The experience will conclude as we return to our starting point after two hours.
