Located in Parque das Nações, the Lisbon Oceanarium was unveiled during the Expo '98 under the motto "The Oceans: A Heritage for the Future."
Designed by the acclaimed Peter Chermayeff, this facility has earned recognition as one of the world's top aquariums and ranks as the second largest in Europe. Within its walls, visitors can find over 15,000 captivating marine life forms representing 500 species, including notable residents like the ocean sunfish, manta rays, stingrays, sea otters, and sharks.

Operating Hours
The Lisbon Oceanarium welcomes visitors from Monday to Sunday between 10 am and 8 pm, with the last admission granted one hour before closing.
During the Christmas season, hours will adjust as follows:
- December 24-31: open from 10 am to 7 pm, with the final entry at 6 pm.
- December 25 and January 1: operating from 11 am to 8 pm, with last entry at 7 pm.

Important information
Oceanarium Address
On the day of the activity, you must go to the entrance gate of the Lisbon Oceanarium, located at Esplanada Dom Carlos I, 1990-005 Lisbon. You will have to show the code on your voucher at the entrance that says 'Entrada Bilhetes Online' to skip the admission line.
Opening Times
The Lisbon Oceanarium is open from Monday to Sunday from 10 am to 8 pm. Final admission is 1 hour before closing time.
At Christmas, the opening times will be as follows:
- December 24-31: from 10 am to 7 pm, with last access at 6 pm.
- December 25 and January 1: from 11 am to 8 pm, with last access at 7 pm.
