Available Ticket Options
When booking, you can select from the following ticket types:
- 1-day ticket: This grants entry to one park for the selected day.
- 2-day ticket: Explore both parks over a period of 13 days. You may start at either park on the first day, with both visits required to occur within the specified time frame.
- 1-day ticket with Park Hopper: This option allows access to both parks on a single day, with entry to the first park at opening time and the second park after 11 am. Should your schedule change, you can begin at either venue if neither was accessed by that time.
- 2-day ticket with Park Hopper: Similar to the previous option, this allows for two days of enjoyment at both parks, adhering to the same timing rules.
- 1 or 2-day ticket with Lightning Lane Multi Pass: Gain entry to one park daily while benefiting from the Lightning Lane Multi Pass, allowing you to skip standard lines at select attractions by securing time slots via the official Disneyland® app for a more efficient visit.
- 1 or 2-day ticket with Park Hopper and Lightning Lane Multi Pass: Enjoy access to both parks across one or two days with the benefit of the Lightning Lane Multi Pass, ensuring a smoother experience at many attractions.
Understanding Park Hopper
With the Park Hopper option, you'll need to reserve your initial park visit through the Disney app. However, reservations for the second park are not necessary, offering flexibility in your schedule.
Understanding Lightning Lane Multi Pass
Should your ticket include the Lightning Lane Multi Pass, it allows expedited access to numerous attractions, letting you skip the line. This pass permits usage for each eligible attraction once, with further selections available after your prior use or two hours afterward.
Additionally, the Multi Pass provides exclusive photographic advantages. As you enjoy your day in the park, you can download unlimited digital Disney PhotoPass images, including those captured by professional photographers throughout the venue. Special lenses within the app will also be available for more memorable snapshots.

How to Access Your Selected Park
Upon purchasing your ticket, you'll need to download the official Disneyland® app and create an account. Your reservation voucher will assist you through each step of the process.
Once the account is set up, link your ticket to the Disney app and select your visit date. Detailed instructions will be provided with your confirmation.
It is crucial to note that registration on the Disney app is obligatory, regardless of whether the ticket was bought directly from the official site or through other platforms.

Important information
Can I enter the park with this voucher?
This voucher does not serve as your admission ticket. Within a few hours of booking, you will receive the official tickets in PDF format which will include QR codes. If you do not receive them within 72 hours, please contact us using our contact form.
You do not need to print out your tickets but you must save your QR codes onto your phone or have internet access to show them at the park's entrance.
What parks can I visit?
Please keep in mind that if you choose the 1-day ticket, you will only be able to visit one park during that day.
On the other hand, if you purchase the 2-day ticket, you can visit Disneyland Park® on the first day and Disney California Adventure® Park on the second day, or vice versa. Please also keep in mind that visits do not have to be made on consecutive days but must be made within 13 days of the first visit.
If you choose the 1- or 2-day Park Hopper ticket, you’ll have the flexibility to visit both Disneyland Park® and Disney California Adventure® Park on the same day. You can enter your first park as soon as it opens, and starting at 11 am, you’ll be able to hop to the second park. If you haven’t entered either park by 11 am, you’re free to choose either one to start with.
Please note: even with a Park Hopper ticket, you must still make a reservation in the Disney app for the first park you plan to visit. No reservation is needed for the second park—just make one for your starting park, and after 11 am, you can move freely between the two.
How do I access the parks?
Once you receive your official tickets via email, you will need to download the Disneyland® app:
- Download the app for Android (Google Play)
- Download the app for iPhone (App Store)
After downloading the app, you'll need to create an account. Once your account is set up, the next step is to link the tickets purchased on the Civitatis website to the app. Additionally, you'll need to reserve a specific date for your visit. We'll provide easy instructions on how to do this next at this link.

Please note that this registration process in the app is mandatory, whether you buy your ticket on the official Disneyland® website or on the Civitatis website.

Park Maps
Lightning Lane Multi Pass
In order to use the Lightning Lane Multi Pass, you must have a Disney account and a mobile device compatible with the official app. Your tickets and reservation must also be valid for the day you plan to use it.
Once you're inside the park, you can use the Tips Panel within the official Disneyland mobile app to select an attraction included in the Lightning Lane Multi Pass. The app will show you the next available time slot to enjoy it.
After using your pass for the selected attraction, or within two hours of booking, you can choose a new attraction. Selections are made one at a time throughout the day, allowing you to plan your day with flexibility.
In case your plans change, you can modify your selections at any time from the same Tips Panel within the app.
Please note that available attractions may vary by date and time, and are subject to change, closure or limited capacity. We recommend you check the official Disneyland app or website for updated information on refurbishments or temporary closures.
