Our gathering will begin at Carrera 73? #20A-22 in Medellín, where we will kick off the cooking class with a brief overview of the various styles of empanadas in Colombia, each unique to its region.

Upon arrival, a refreshing beverage will be offered to welcome you and set an exciting atmosphere for our cooking journey. We'll explore different varieties, from crispy empanadas filled with meat to those featuring sweet plantains, uncovering how this dish is woven into the fabric of Colombian culture and history.

Are you ready to get your hands dirty? Following our introduction, our chef will lead us through each step of the empanada-making process, starting with ingredient selection and guiding us to achieve a perfect golden finish while cooking.
