Your adventure begins at 9:30 am at the Esplanade de l'Europe in Montpellier. Here, we will depart the urban setting and journey into the serene countryside of Languedoc to indulge in the remarkable products cultivated in this enchanting region of the South of France.

The initial destination is a historic vineyard, where you'll discover the intricacies of the wine-making process. Following this, we will proceed to the winery for a delightful wine tasting experience featuring Languedoc's finest. The unique Mediterranean climate here contributes to the creation of exceptional vintages.

Next, our journey through Languedoc leads us to a family-run olive farm. Nestled amidst picturesque landscapes and a charming 16th-century mill, you'll gain insight into the family’s olive oil production, recognized as one of the quintessential Mediterranean delights, essential for authentic regional dishes.

After the farm visit, you'll have the opportunity to sample a variety of local delicacies including olive oil, olives, various vinegars, and a traditional liqueur known as farigoule. This tasting moment will immerse you in the exquisite flavors that define the culinary heritage of southern France!
