Your river excursion will commence at 3:30 pm from the quay of Place Waldeck Rousseau in Nantes. As you embark, prepare to encounter the exquisite Châteaux de l'Erdre, elegant residences that grace the riverbanks, serving as emblems of grandeur and affluence.
Along the route, you'll also discover the intriguing Maison de l'Erdre, situated on the charming small island of Versailles. With the aid of an audio guide, delve into fascinating insights, including the reason why this petite floating land shares its name with the renowned city that hosted several French monarchs.
This boat trip offers a wonderful opportunity to admire various bridges spanning the Erdre River, particularly the notable Pont Général de la Motte Rouge. This footbridge, which accommodates pedestrians, cyclists, and vehicles, was inaugurated in 1891 in tribute to a distinguished French general. Throughout the journey, you will uncover the historical significance of this remarkable figure.
Your river adventure will conclude at 5 pm, returning to the original departure quay.

30 minutes before the appointed time, please arrive at the following point in Nantes: quay of the Bateaux Nantais company, located on the Place Waldeck Rousseau. Please be punctual.
Students between the ages of 13 and 18 must present a valid ID.
