We will gather at the entrance of the St. Clare Cloister, nestled in Piazza del Gesù Nuovo, at the appointed time. Are you excited to unveil one of Naples’ architectural treasures? Let’s embark on this journey!

Upon our arrival, we’ll step into the St. Clare Cloister, a complex that is part of the basilica sharing its name, where the rich history of this significant religious site will unfold.

As we stroll through the cloister gardens, which were crafted in 1742 by Domenico Antonio Vaccaro, you will notice the charming lemon trees and the impressive array of 72 columns adorned with vibrant tiles. We'll also take a moment to admire the frescoes in soft pastel hues.

Additionally, we’ll venture into the two open chambers of the cloister, showcasing a variety of sacred art pieces.

After spending around 35 minutes discovering this hallowed space, we will conclude our tour.
