In addition to Orlando's major attractions, the pass includes a guide with information on the opening hours, suggestions, and directions for all the attractions included.

How Does It Work?

The validity of the pass begins when it is used for the first time. From this moment onwards, you can use it for the number of days chosen: 2, 3, or 5 non-consecutive days within 2 weeks.

The Go City: Orlando All-Inclusive Pass allows one access to each attraction. To activate the pass and enter any of the attractions for free, simply present your voucher, in printed or digital form, at the entrance.

Although you must select a date when booking, your pass will be valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Children Under 3

Child passes for the Go City: Orlando All-Inclusive Pass are for children between 3 and 12 years old. The majority of the attractions offer free entry for children under 3. It is recommended to consult the websites of the various attractions for more information.

Go City: Orlando Explorer Pass

If you would prefer a tourist pass where you can choose the number of attractions you'd like to see during your visit, you can get the Orlando Explorer Pass. This pass allows you to access 2, 3, 4, or 5 attractions, depending on your booking, and offers savings of up to 50% on prices.

Important information

This voucher is not your ticket, and cannot be changed for physical tickets nor used to access tourist attractions in the city.

On your email confirmation, you will find a PDF attachment. You should ensure that this archive contains the vouchers with a unique QR code for each customer. If you have not received this PDF, please contact us via our web contact form.

Downloading the electronic pass will not activate it. To activate the pass and visit any of the attractions, you can present the QR code on your printed or electronic pass at the entrance to the attractions:

Printed pass: you should download and print the PDF with the passes and guide to the city.
Electronic pass: you should save the PDF in a form compatible with mobile devices to be able to open it easily and show it on your phone to access the attractions.

After activating the card, you can use it for the number of days you have selected: 2, 3 or 5 non-consecutive days within a two-week period.

The Go City: Orlando All-Inclusive pass allows one access to each attraction. To activate the pass and enter any of the attractions for free, simply present your voucher at the entrance. You can consult the guide for the attractions which need prior reservation and for the contact details of said attractions.

Public holidays may affect the opening of some of the attractions included in the pass. This will not result in a partial refund.
