We will gather at Wenceslas Square, meeting right in front of the Prague National Museum entrance. The nearby Muzeum metro station on line C offers convenient access for our expedition.
A quick five-minute metro trip will take us to Vyšehrad station. Once we arrive, we'll step off and commence our journey through one of Prague's key fortifications. This outstanding citadel situated alongside the Vltava riverbank harbors many fascinating stories and legends that will unfold as we explore.
Our Vyšehrad adventure kicks off with a stroll through the gardens of this splendid baroque ensemble, which has its origins in the Middle Ages. A stunning Romanesque treasure, the St. Martin Chapel, built in the 11th century, stands as a testament to the site’s rich historical significance.
Next, we will head to the Basilica of St. Peter and St. Paul. In this exquisite 19th-century neo-Gothic structure, you will have the chance to admire the interior decorated with captivating Art Nouveau designs.
Our following destination will be the Vyšehrad Cemetery. Here, we will visit the graves of several renowned Czech figures, including composer Antonín Dvo?ák, artist Alfons Mucha, and author Karel ?apek.
After an enriching two and a half hours of discovery, our visit to Vyšehrad will conclude, allowing you to soak in the stunning views of Prague from various vantage points within the fortress.

10 minutes before the designated start time, please come to the following point: entrance of the National Museum in Prague, located in Wenceslas Square (Václavské náměstí 68, Prague 110 00, Hlavní město). Please don't be late.
To be identified, the guide will be carrying an orange umbrella.
The Muzeum metro station is located next to the meeting point. This stop is on lines A (green) and C (red).
