At the agreed time, we will collect you from your accommodation in Recife and set off for Olinda, one of Brazil's historic treasures. Nestled amidst palm and coconut trees along with lush Atlantic Forest vegetation, this city presents a stunning backdrop where history intertwines with coastal beauty.

Our adventure will commence at the Eufrásio Barbosa Market, a structure from the 17th and 18th centuries that has been skillfully renovated, maintaining its architectural charm. This venue serves as an ideal starting point for exploring the local heritage.

We'll wander through Olinda's renowned ladeiras (slopes) and winding alleys, taking in the vibrant hues of the colonial-style buildings. A stop at the Anticuario Arte Machê Café will allow us to peek inside a traditional Olinda residence. If you're in the mood for a treat, don’t miss the chance to savor the Bolo de Souza Leão, a delectable cake from Pernambuco, paired with handcrafted coffee.

Next, we'll proceed to the Mercado da Ribeira, celebrated for its rich array of wood and ceramic crafts, as well as picturesque viewpoints perfect for capturing memories. Our journey will lead us to the Quatro Cantos de Olinda, the pulsating heart of the Pernambuco Carnival, where we'll gaze upon the magnificent Ladeira da Misericórdia.

We'll also visit the Olinda Museum of Contemporary Art, housed in an 18th-century landmark that historically served as both a prison and an episcopal palace. Continuing along Rua do Amparo, the city's most iconic street, we'll discover numerous artists' studios and eateries. A highlight will be a break at Botega do Veio, known for its inviting, artsy ambiance.

As our outing concludes, we’ll ascend to Alto da Sé. Once night envelops the city and the air becomes pleasantly cooler, you’ll have 1 hour of leisure time to relish the local delicacies and the vibrant ambiance of the glowing squares before we head back to your hotel.

We anticipate returning to Recife around 7 hours after our initial pickup.
