How It Works
Upon purchasing the pass, you can choose to explore 2, 3, 4, or 5 of the city’s renowned landmarks and museums. You are free to decide which of the over 30 attractions to experience, allowing for spontaneity in your plans.
This pass grants you single entry to each selected attraction. While you will need to specify a date when making the reservation, the pass remains valid for 12 months from that date before it is activated.
Information for Families
The San Francisco Explorer Pass is valid for children aged 3 to 11. Many attractions provide complimentary admission for toddlers under 3, so it is advisable to visit the official websites of the attractions you wish to see for detailed information.

This voucher is not an entrance ticket. It cannot be redeemed for physical tickets nor is it valid to access any of the tourist attractions.
Your confirmation email includes an attachment. Please check that the PDF document contains the passes you have purchased with one QR code for each user. If you do not receive the PDF, please contact us via our web form.
Your pass is not activated by downloading it. To activate your card and access any of the attractions or activities for free, you can present the QR code that appears on your e-pass. Download and save the PDF on your mobile device or tablet and scan your pass at the entrance of the various attractions you want to visit.
How Does It Work?
- Total flexibility: you don't need to choose the attractions when you buy the pass; you can decide which ones to visit as you go.
- Validity: once the pass is activated with your first visit, you have 30 days to use the remaining attractions. The pass is also valid for 12 months from the date of purchase if it hasn't been activated.
- Digital app: simply scan your QR code at the entrance of each attraction. You can also use the app to plan your itinerary, check updated schedules, and manage bookings if any attraction requires them.

Additional Info
Local holidays may affect the opening of some of the attractions included in the card. Closures due to holidays will not result in a partial or full refund of the card price.
