Day Trip to Konispol
At the scheduled time, we will meet you at your hotel in Saranda and begin our drive towards the southern part of Albania.
After approximately 40 minutes on the road, we will reach Konispol, a delightful town situated close to the Greece border. Here, you’ll have the chance to explore its renowned citrus groves, famous for their abundant oranges and tangerines.
Our next stop will be the three villages that are part of Konispol: Çiflik, Markat, and Xarrë. These villages showcase the rich multicultural heritage of the area, influenced by the diverse ethnic backgrounds resulting from its nearness to Greece.
The excursion will also include a visit to the Paleolithic caves of Konispol. Inside these remarkable prehistoric formations, we will gain insights into the lifestyle of early humans.
After a fulfilling experience spanning around 4 hours, we will return you to your hotel in Saranda.
