How Does It Work?

Upon reservation, select how many attractions are included in your pass: 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, or 7. You do not need to specify which attractions beforehand—this can be decided during your stay. However, please note that some attractions may require a prior booking.

Your Go City: Singapore Explorer Pass allows you to visit each attraction once, and is valid for 30 days from activation:

While a start date is needed when booking, the card can be used for up to 12 months from the indicated date.

Children Under 3

The majority of attractions offer free entry for children under 3 years old. It is advisable to check the individual websites of each attraction for detailed information.

Important information

This voucher isn't a ticket and it can't be exchanged for physical tickets or used to access the tourist attractions.

In your confirmation email, you'll find a PDF attachment. You'll need to check that this file contains the passes purchased with a unique QR code for each person. If you don't receive this PDF, please contact us.

Downloading the e-pass won't activate it. In order to use your tourist card, you'll need to present the QR code on your e-pass at the entrance of the attractions. You'll need to save the PDF compatible with mobile devices so you can easily open it and show it on your mobile phone to get into the attractions.

How Does the Go City: Singapore Essentials Pass Work?

When you book the Go City: Singapore Essentials Pass, you'll have access to a total of 3 attractions (1 main and 2 secondary). You don't need to choose them before purchasing; you can decide on the go. Admission to each attraction is valid only once.

This pass is valid for 30 days from when it's activated, which is when it's first scanned at an attraction. Local holidays may affect the opening hours of some of the attractions included in the pass. Closures due to holidays will not result in a partial or full refund of the pass price.
