Our journey begins at 11:30 am at the Concejo Bodegas winery, conveniently located near the historic part of Valoria La Buena. Are you prepared to delve into the remarkable wines from the Valladolid province?

The adventure kicks off with a guided tour of the organic vineyards nestled in the picturesque Pisuerga countryside. Here, we'll discuss the cultivation methods employed for the vines and observe the various grape varieties that thrive in this locality.

Following the vineyard tour, a brief video presentation awaits, illustrating the heritage of the Concejo wineries and the deep-rooted family traditions that contribute to this esteemed label. Fascinatingly, wine production in Valoria La Buena dates back to the 12th century, and it is rumored that the Catholic Monarchs celebrated their wedding with wine from this region!

After exploring, we'll head to the winery’s restaurant for an immersive wine tasting session. Here, we will sample notable selections including Carredueñas Rosado, Burro Loco Tinto, and Carredueñas Crianza Selección. These distinguished wines will be complemented by an array of tapas featuring cured sheep's cheese, cecina (cured meat), foie gras, and tuna with onions. An enjoyable culinary experience awaits!
