Venice Flex Pass

You'll receive an email from Turbopass with the link to your digital Venice Flex Pass. 

Through the app or the digital pass, you'll need to select and activate the attractions you want to visit. Afterward, you'll only need to present your digital pass at the entrance of each place. The pass is activated during the first visit and is valid for the following 30 days.

Additional Info

• For crowded places (such as St. Mark's Basilica), you can choose the day and the time of your visit directly on the app.
• Once the first attraction included in the pass is activated or reserved, the pass becomes non-refundable.
• During peak season, the most popular attraction may run out quickly. We recommend booking your time slot on the app in advance.

Cancellations Info

Please note that cancellation for this activity is free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the selected validity period. However, please note the following exceptions.

• Activated pass: if you have already used the pass to access an attraction, it will no longer be refundable.
• Bookings made: if you have used the digital City Pass to book a time slot or a ticket at any of the attractions (even if you haven't visited yet), the pass will be considered activated, and no refunds will be issued.
