If you are an adept diver eager to unveil the wonders of the Mexican underwater world, the Xcalak Scuba Diving experience is tailored for you. This adventure invites you to plunge into the depths reaching 130 feet beneath the surface.

Xcalak Scuba Diving

On the scheduled date, our meeting point will be at the dive centre situated at Km 54 of the Camino Costero, where we will gather one hour prior to your selected diving time. This will mark the beginning of your scuba diving journey in Xcalak.

The experience kicks off with a concise 15-minute theory session. Following this, we will board the boat patiently waiting for us at the dock adjacent to the dive centre. We will then embark on a journey through the Mexican Caribbean towards a designated marine park, home to vibrant coral reefs, mangroves, and diverse ecosystems.

Our search will lead us to optimal dive locations, teeming with marine life. Potential sites may include the renowned Sábalo Pool or the manatee reserve in Chetumal Bay. The specific spot will be determined by prevailing weather conditions and the state of the sea on the day.

Upon selecting our dive location, prepare for two dives reaching a depth of 130 feet (40 metres). Explore the enchanting coral gardens, where numerous marine species thrive. Each dive will last approximately 20 to 30 minutes, influenced by our chosen site.

After our underwater exploration, we will return to the Xcalak dock by boat, concluding the 2-hour and 30-minute activity.
