Access to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park

To enter Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, you'll need to present your ticket at the East Gate/Biaozhi Gate (Southeast Ticket Station). From here, you'll have access to Tianzi Mountain, Ten-Mile Gallery, and Golden Whip Stream. Your ticket gives you access to the park for 4 consecutive days.

The local team will contact you to send the QR code you’ll need to access the park on the selected date and time.
If you wish to visit on multiple days, you must download the WeChat app to select the access date and time through the official Zhangjiajie National Forest Park channel. The provider will assist you with this process.
The ticket is valid for 4 days.
Visitors must contact the provider before 4 pm on the day prior to the second entry to receive assistance.
Children and infants must pay for insurance in cash on the first day. On the following days, you’ll need to bring the receipt to show that the insurance has already been paid.
