Join us on an enlightening winery tour in the Algarve as we delve into the unique attributes of the vineyards in southern Portugal. This experience also offers the delightful opportunity to sample its fragrant wines!

Upon confirmation of your booking, you can opt for a visit to either 1 or 2 wineries in the Algarve. Both selections encompass hotel pickup and drop-off, transportation, and the accompaniment of a knowledgeable English-speaking guide.

Visit to 1 winery (4-5 hours)

Your adventure begins with a hotel pickup at the scheduled time as we embark on the winery tour in the Algarve, located in southern Portugal.

Thanks to a climate that merges Mediterranean and Atlantic influences alongside clay-rich soils, the vines of the Algarve thrive, yielding wines of remarkable quality. En route to the winery, we will pause briefly in the village of Silves, allowing you to wander its quaint cobbled pathways.

Our first stop will be the Quinta do Frances winery, where you will discover their facilities and learn about the winemaking process, from grape to glass. Following the tour, you can indulge in a tasting of 3 wines to see how well you've grasped their intricacies. Afterward, you'll have some leisure time to roam the vineyards and check out the shop.

Visit to 2 wineries (7 hours)

Post-hotel pickup, we will journey to the Paxa winery, where we'll tour the vineyards before exploring the facilities. This visit will be complemented by a wine tasting paired with an aperitif enjoyed on the terrace that overlooks the vineyards. It promises to be a delightful experience!

Next, we'll visit the historic town of Silves, where you will have 2 hours of free time to savor a meal in one of its charming restaurants.

When we reconvene, our next destination will be the Quinta do Frances winery. We will undertake a guided exploration of their wine production methods. After the tour, a tasting session featuring 3 wines awaits. You'll then have some time to take a leisurely stroll through the vineyards, visit the shop, and capture beautiful moments with your camera.
