We will gather at 9 am at the Tourist Information Centre located in Alter do Chão. Following this, we will proceed to the port, where a boat awaits to commence our adventure in the Brazilian Amazon.

Our experience begins as we traverse around Alter do Chão, sailing across Verde Lake amidst the lush foliage enveloping its 14 springs. A highlight of our trip will be our visit to the Enchanted Forest, where you can enjoy a refreshing swim and partake in a canoe ride lasting around 40 minutes, keeping an eye out for playful monkeys and sloths!

Continuing our tour, we'll sail around the Ilha do Amor (Love Island), taking in the beauty of its pristine sandy shores. We will also glide past Lake Jacundá and reach Lake Mureta, where you can stroll along its untouched beaches and dip into the Tapajós River, a significant tributary of the Amazon!

Next, we will navigate across Lake Jurucuri until we arrive at Pindobal Beach, where you will learn about the importance of rubber cultivation in this area. At around 1 pm, you will have a two-hour break for lunch, with recommendations to enjoy culinary delights in one of the local huts. Once we regroup, we will embark on a leisurely walk along Piranha Lake, taking in the beautiful views of Piraoca Hill.

Relaxation awaits at Moca Beach, where you can sample a variety of fruits. Our adventure will conclude with a serene cruise across Crocodile Lake, where we might spot some alligators and otters in this peaceful setting!

We will return you to the starting point in Alter do Chão by 7 pm.

What can you expect on the boat?

Your journey takes place on a boat featuring four distinct areas. Among the amenities, you'll find equipment for kayaking and paddleboarding, along with a barbecue and music to enhance your experience.
