Luggage Guidelines

• Each traveler is allowed to bring 1 medium suitcase (measuring 67 cm (26.3 in) in height, 48 cm (18.8 in) in width, and 27 cm (10.6 in) in length) or 1 small suitcase (dimensions: 55 cm (21.6 in) high, 40 cm (15.7 in) wide, and 25 cm (9.8 in) long), along with 1 personal item (a small backpack or shoulder bag). An extra luggage charge of 100BRL per trip applies for additional bags or those not meeting the standards.
• Travelers with excess baggage must inform us 24 hours in advance. Failure to notify may result in the driver's discretion regarding boarding, based on available space.
• Special items, such as surfboards, baby strollers, and folding wheelchairs, need prior notification, as an extra fee of 100BRL will be applicable, subject to capacity limitations.
• If the transfer involves hard-to-reach accommodations requiring a support vehicle, the traveler must assist in the transfer of their luggage between vehicles.
• Travelers are solely responsible for their luggage.
