Your adventure begins with a convenient pickup from your hotel in Atibaia, leading you on a brief journey to a local strawberry farm situated on the outskirts of the city.

Upon arrival, you will embark on a guided exploration of the farm, delving into the processes of how these flavorful berries are grown from seed to harvest. Local farmers will provide insights into the essential factors involved in successful cultivation, such as the specific needs for water, sunlight, and temperature, while emphasizing the meticulous care required for these sensitive fruits.

Next, you'll discover how to identify various types of strawberries cultivated within Brazil. You’ll then have the opportunity to participate in strawberry picking, working alongside the farmers. Note that this hands-on experience typically takes place outdoors from June to October. During the remainder of the year, harvesting will occur inside a greenhouse.

Your hard work will culminate in a strawberry tasting session, where you can relish the sweet and rich flavors of these fresh strawberries, giving you a taste of local produce in southern Brazil.

After approximately two hours from the starting point, we will conclude our day and return you to your hotel in Atibaia.

Guests at hotels that are over 8 kilometers (4.9 miles) from Atibaia's center need to reach the Atibaia cable car at the designated time for pickup.
