A few hours after booking your ticket, you'll receive a voucher from our provider Be My Guest in PDF format. If for any reason you don't receive the voucher within 72 hours, please contact us. Upon arrival at the park, you must show your voucher, either printed or electronically, for entry.
You can present your voucher at the ticket office at Bali Bird Park, located at Jl. Serma Cok Ngurah Gambir, Singapadu, Batubulan, Kabupaten Gianyar.
Children under 12 must be accompanied by a paying adult at all times.
