Next, guided by our talented chef Minelli, you will create two classic dishes from Emilia-Romagna: tortellini in a fresh cherry tomato sauce and tagliatelle served with ragù. Are you ready to whet your appetite?

Once our pasta has been crafted, it’s time to indulge! You’ll have the opportunity to savor both recipes you’ve made, followed by a delightful tiramisu to conclude your culinary feast on a sweet note, ideal for dessert lovers!
