Tour Choices

When reserving your spot, you can opt for either the daytime or nighttime excursion. Both tours launch from The Shallow Draught Bridgetown St. Michael and last approximately two hours, which includes 40 minutes in the submarine plus transport.

Daytime Excursion

Begin your journey by boarding a ferry from Bridgetown harbor at the agreed time, setting out towards the Atlantis submarine. While gliding along the Barbados coastline, take a moment to relax, soak in the scenic views, and be greeted warmly by the crew.

Upon arrival at Atlantis, settle into your seat as preparations for your descent commence. Moments later, you'll find yourself underwater in the Caribbean Sea, peering through expansive portals into depths of 45 meters (150 feet). This is your chance to discover the vibrant underwater ecosystem and observe exotic fish putting on a colorful spectacle. Your journey will also lead you past a fascinating shipwreck.

During this 40-minute marine adventure, a knowledgeable co-pilot will guide you, offering insights into the marine life visible through the glass.

Nocturnal Excursion

The ferry will be ready at the specified time for your nighttime journey to the Atlantis submarine. As darkness descends, the submarine's lights illuminate the environment, showcasing a different aspect of the coral reef and its inhabitants.
