The journey begins at the specified time, gathering at the National Statistics Institute, located in the historic center of the city.

Over a span of nearly five decades, Bucharest underwent profound transformations during the communist period. Throughout this tour, we will explore important milestones of this significant time and the influence of Romania's communist leader Nicolae Ceau?escu. His execution on December 25, 1989, served as a critical turning point in the nation's trajectory.

Our first stop will be the monumental Romanian Parliament, a vast edifice one of the largest globally, constructed under Ceau?escu's regime. Next, we will stroll through Izvor and Cismigiu parks, making our way towards the former Royal Palace of Bucharest. Here, we will discuss the evolution of the Romanian constitutional monarchy, which was in place from 1881 until the communist takeover in 1947.

Concluding our exploration after approximately 2 hours and 45 minutes, we will arrive at Revolution Square, a site of significant social movements in December 1989.
