Benagil Cave Paddleboarding Tour

This paddleboarding excursion invites you to explore the stunning coast of the Algarve, where you will navigate past striking rock formations until you arrive at the Benagil Cave, renowned as the most iconic grotto in Portugal.

Benagil Cave Paddleboarding Experience

The adventure begins at the Carvalho Beach parking area, where we will gather 30 minutes prior to your chosen start time. From there, a short walk will lead us to a secluded cove encircled by cliffs, which we can enter via a tunnel before equipping you with the necessary paddleboarding gear.

Following a quick briefing on safety and techniques, we will embark on our journey through the water, steering towards the stunning grottoes along the Algarve coastline. Our destination is the breathtaking Benagil Caves, celebrated as Portugal's most picturesque grotto.

Upon arrival, we will take a moment to relax and capture photos of the breathtaking surroundings. You’ll have the opportunity to photograph the oculus situated at the cave’s apex, allowing sunlight to filter through and creating a truly enchanting atmosphere.

After enjoying the remarkable views, we will paddle back to Carvalho Beach, where you are welcome to spend the rest of the day unwinding by the shore. This memorable tour will conclude after approximately two and a half hours of exploration.
