Your journey commences at Casa Emanuel, the meeting point for our hiking experience through the Ossena Waterfall. Embrace the challenge of a unique exploration through aqua trekking!

The trek begins with a stroll around the waterfalls, located approximately 4 kilometers (2.4 miles) from Militello in Val di Catania. We will follow the water channel, navigating the river to walk roughly 50 meters (164 feet) to reach the enchanting Ossena Waterfalls.

This hiking expedition, which spans between 3 to 4 hours, presents ample chances to appreciate the natural splendor of the Ossena River. As we journey, we will be captivated by the vivid colors of the landscape, where the clear blue waters dramatically contrast with the black volcanic rock, a hallmark of Sicily.

Upon reaching the Ossena Waterfall, we will take a moment to unwind in this peaceful environment, enjoying a picnic to recharge before our return. You are welcome to take a revitalizing swim in the calm waters below the falls while we savor our meal. Capture this breathtaking scenery with photographs to remember your experience!

Our return trek will commence after our break, leading us back to the starting location in about 4 to 5 hours.
